1. Interpretation over fact. Not everything will go as planned when you set out to lose weight, if you are one to interpret any set back as a sign that all your efforts are ruined then you need an attitude adjustment. Stop interpreting every misstep as a failure and instead accept the fact that you are eating better than you ever have and if you stick with it the pounds will melt away.

3. This is no use, I will just gain the weight back. This is a destructive attitude that sets you up for failure.
